Allen R. Bright 29, of 1121 Orchard Street, for some time a truck driver for the Lehigh Steam Laundry, died at his home at 7:30 Thursday night of a complication of ailments. He had recently undergone an operation for appendicitis, but later had been able to return to work. He became seriously ill a week ago.
Deceased was a son of Albert and Mary Eichlin Bright, of this city, and was a member of First Reformed Church and Company B, Sons of Union Veterans.
Besides the parents there survive his wife, Priscilla E. Wagner Bright; three daughters and two sons, Dorothy, Blanche, Gertrude, Gertrude, Paul and Walter Bright, all at home; two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Jacob Rand, Mrs. John Shively, and Harold Bright, all of this city.
The funeral will be held from the late home Tuesday at 1.30 p.m., followed by services at 2 o'clock in First Reformed Church. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
