Jno. H. Everhart was at Shoenberger the beginning of the week, attending the funeral of his brother-in-law, E. M. Johnson, who died after a brief illness of pneumonia. The deceased was well known in Antis township, having been engaged as a farmer at Sabbath Rest.

Leo Huston has gone back to New York to join the crew of the Battleship Wyoming for another cruise. His sister, Miss Blanche, who went to New York to see him had to return home without that pleasure, as he left before she could contact him.
