Police Record. -- Before Judge Slaughter: William Kent was found somewhat intoxicated, plead guilty, and paid time and costs--$12.00.
John Doherty, same offense and same fine.
James Wall, in his drinking fits, had his wits about him, and being short of funds, made a mistake and imagined some one else’s pockets his own, and attempted to appropriate some of their contents to his own use; and in default of $19.25 went to board at the city boarding house.
