Ward, John, Miner.
February 4, 1890, 1st District, Cincinnati Colliery, Washington County.
Killed by a fall of coal and slate in room 12.  Another miner was working in 12 {?} room, and when he  heard the fall, he ran to Ward's room and found him covered up, all but his head.  Age 70.  Single.
