ORDERED by the Court, that unless the Defendant Gardner W. Harrington, in the foregoing twelve attachments, appear on or before the first day of the next term of this court, to be holden at the court house of Copiah county, on the first Monday in November next, and plead to said actions, judgement will be rendered against him, and the property attached will be sold. And it is further ordered, that notice of said attachments be inserted in the Port-Gibson Correspondent for four consecutive weeks.
