NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an Attachment in the Circuit Court of Claiborne
county, against John Robertson, is now pending for the sum of
seventy-two dollars, at the suit of George M. Smith, the above named
plaintiff.-- Now unless the said defendant shall appear, give special
bail and plead within the time limited for his appearance, Judgment will
be entered, and the estate attached will be sold.
