To the Sheriff of Claiborne County-- Greeting:YOU are hereby notified that the following persons were, on the tenth day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, appointed by the County Court of Claiborne County, inspectors of the ensuing August Election, for the different Precincts in the County, to wit:

INSOLVENCY.
THE undersigned
have been appointed by the Honorable Probate Court to Claiborne county,
Commissioners, to receive, and report on claims against the estate of J.
G. Clarke, late of said county, deceased, reported insolvent. The
commissioners will meet for the above purpose, at the office of A. W.
Putnam, in Port-Gibson, every Monday and Friday in each month, for six
months next succeeding the date thereof.
