To the Sheriff of Claiborne County-- Greeting:
YOU are hereby notified that the following persons were, on the tenth day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, appointed by the County Court of Claiborne County, inspectors of the ensuing August Election, for the different Precincts in the County, to wit:

And you are hereby required to give legal notice of said appointments, and have said election conducted in conformity to the rules of law.
