JUDICIAL ATTACHMENT FOR TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS.
IT appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that the defendants John W. Hyde and Noah Merrett, are non-residents of this State,-- IT IS ORDERED, that unless the said defendants shall appear, on or before the first Monday of November next, and give special bail, and plead, judgment will be entered, and the estate attached will be sold.
