Public Sale of valuable Farm Stock and Household Goods
The undersigned will offer at public sale along road leading from Stockertown to Schmidt's Schoolhouse, on farm formerly known as the Wm. Richter farm on Saturday, March <6th?>, 1937 at 12:30 P. M., the following, to wit:
Two head of horses, 1 bay, 9 years old, weighing 1500 lbs.; 1 bay 13 years old, weighing 1600 lbs., both splendid and good workers, 14 head of cattle, 10 milk cows, 2 fresh by the time of sale, mostly Holsteins, a few Guernseys, all heavy milkers mostly all raised by myself; 2 young heifers, 1 nice stock bull, 2 years old.
Farm Machinery
Fordson tractor, works to perfection; one 24-in. Doylestown thresher with blower and cutter, works fine; 7 ft. McCormick-Deering grain binder, only cut 60 acres; 5 ft. McCormick-Deering and one 5 ft. Deering mowers, both in perfect condition; hay rake, set of hay sides, 10-tube Hoosier grain drill, McCormick corn planter, like new; New Idea manure spreader; McCormick riding cultivator, single cultivator, harrow and roller combined; spring harrow, 60 tooth smoothing harrow, Rice potato digger, Oliver right and left riding plow, Oliver No. 40 plow, land roller, wooden drag, two 2-horse wagons with bodies complete, set heavy breeching harness with bridles, collars and lines, corn by the ton, 100 bu. oats by the bushel, hay by the ton, 8 milk cans, lot of other little items not mentioned.
All machinery in perfect working order.
