Valuable Farm for Sale.

I WILL sell at private sale, that valuable farm, situated in Pleasant township, Clark county, Ohio, one mile south of Catawba, and two miles north of Vienna on the National Road.  This farm contains 545 acres; and can be divided so as to make two desirable farms; a good portion of it cleared, the remainder clothed with valuable timber.

The buildings tolerably good, and several never-failing springs on the farm.  It may be said of this farm, that there are few that offer higher inducements to a judicious purchaser.  Those whom it is known, require no description.  Those wishing to purchase will call on the subscriber, living in Union township, Champaign county, who will show the farm and give all the necessary information respecting it.  Terms: One-half purchase money in cash, the remaining half in three equal annual payments, with interest from date-- the deferred payments to be secured by mortgage on the farm.
