Sale, and possession given on the first day of April next.
A House and Lot of ground in the town of Alexandria, situate on Water strcct. 'The house is 22 by 24, one Story and an half high, and neatly finished. There is a convenient kitchen adjoining the house, and the Lot handsomely pailed. [sic].

Also, a half lot, nearly opposite the above property, extending to the river and cornering on an Alley, on which is erected a small shop at present occupied by J. Richison as a nail Factory.
