NOTICE.
FOR the benefit of the Citizens and Garrison of Abbeville, S. C., the following Rules and Regulations will be adopted to preserve health and cleanliness. Each family will be held responsible for the good condition of their yards. They will be policed three times a week—Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; and all filthy substance collected will be placed in front of their respective premises, when it will be removed.The Health Officer will visit the premises of each family three times a week, and any party found guilty of not complying with this notice will be fined according to the nature of their case.
