NOTICE.

LETTERS of Administration having been granted to the undersigned by the hon. Probate Court of Claiborne county, on the estate of John Brinton, deceased, late of said county-- Notice is hereby given, to all persons having claims against said estate, to present them, properly authenticated, within the time prescribed by law, or they will be forever barred; and those indebted to said estate, are requested to make immediate payment.
