Mrs. M. C. Daniel, wife of Joseph Daniel of Greenville, and daughter of Frank Black of Greenville, died in that place on the 11th after a short illness, aged 28 years.  She was survived by her husband, 2 children, parents, brothers and sisters.

John J. Daniel died in Mt. Willing, Lowndes Co.  He was a brother-in-law of Gen. A. P. Hill and Judge Joshua Hill of Georgia.  He was upwards of 70 years old and had lived in Lowndes Co. about 40 years. He is thought to be a native of Georgia.  His only daughter is the wife of Capt. John Hinson of Lowndes Co.

John Hinson of Lowndes Co.
