Dean, Silas - 1809

REAL ESTATE, at Auction.
THE following Estates, will be sold at Publick Auction, on Wednesday, the 12th of April, at 11 o'clock A M. if not sold before at private sale, viz.

A large Lot of Land, Dwelling House thereon standing, situated on the Hill in Newport, lately improved by Mr. H. Dexter.

Also, Four large Buildings Lots in front of said House.  Also, one Lot of Land, at the South part of the Town-- Also, one half of a lot of Land and House thereon, standing on Thames Street, next, North of Capt. Edward Easton's-- improved by Mr. Freeborn Coggeshall.

Also, on THURSDAY, the 20th April, at 11 o'clock, A M., a large Lot and House thereon, Standing on Thames Street, next North of William Ellery, Esq. and directly opposite Liberty Tree, now improved by Silas Dean.

Also, one other Lot of Land with a Store and Stable thereon, standing on Popler Street.

Also, one other Large Building Lot, next North of Silas Dean.  Also, on Tuesday, the 25th April, at 11 o'clock, A M. a small Farm in Tiverton, containing about sixty acres, being part of the Farm, called the White Wine Farm, about one Mile from the Stone Bridge, in Said Tiverton.  A plot of said Land can be seen by calling on Silas Dean.

If the weather should not be fair on the above days, the sale will be on the first fair day after.  Conditions made known at the sales.
