Allen, S W - 1875

Mrs. S.W. Allen, aged citizen of Mobile, died last week.  She was born in Connecticut.

Alford, G W - 1885

Mr. G.W. Alford died in Montgomery Sunday from erysipelas.

Judge Lewis Alexander died recently in Tuskegee.  He was a native of Virginia and moved to Alabama in 1835.

Adams, Mike - 1883

Mike Adams, 46, died on the 10th in Highland Home.  He was raised in Greenville.  Was survived by his wife and 6 children.

Adams, E R - 1898

E.R. Adams was born in Pontolock, MS in 1846.  He joined the Confederate Army and after the War settled in Mobile where he married Ida Sheldon.  They moved to Butler Co. in 1885.  He was the son of the Hon. Samuel Adams.  Death date was not given.

Adams, E. R. (Mrs.) - 1900

Mrs. E.R. Adams died Tuesday in Mobile where she was assisting in nursing her brother-in-law, Mr. McKinstry, who died, and in caring for Mrs. McKinstry, who was also ill.  She is survived by her husband and children.
