Included in a list of Blair County residents who have recently paid for traffic violations is John McTall, 634 9th Street, Bellwood, who was arrested January 24 with no operator's license. He paid a $10.00 fine and costs.

Other countians violating the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code were: Raymond Garlick, 1418 Madison Ave., Altoona. Arrested Feb. 13, for failure to stop at stop sign. Fined $5.00 and costs.
