Cpl. Marvin L. Quick Homeward Bound

With The Eighth Army in Niagoya, Japan:
Cpl. Marvin L. Quick, of N. 10th street, Bellwood, is homeward bound for discharge. Marvin has been in the Army 30 months, 21 of them overseas with units in Oro Bay, New Guinea, Manila, Luzon and Hq. Co. Niagoya Base, now attached to General Eichelberger's Eighth Army engaged in the occupation of Japan. He received the Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Japanese Occupation Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon.
