Estrays.-- In pursuance of the order of Geo. O. Sroufe, a
Justice of Peace of Johnson township, Champaign county, Ohio, we the
undersigned have viewed three head of stray Cattle, taken up by Jacob
Walborn, of said township, and we do find the same to be a black and
white Cow, about 6 years old, right ear part cut off and a swallow fork
in each ear, and appraised ad cow at $9 50: Also, a dark brown Steer
about two years old, the right ear part cut off and a swallow fork in
the left ear, and we appraised said steer at $8 00; also, a red and
white heifer, about 1 year old, the right ear part cut off and a swallow
fork in the left ear, and we appraised said heifer at $3 50.
