By virtue of the above writ, I shall offer to sell, by public out cry, at the Court House in Urbana, on the 7th day of January next, at 11 o'clock A M. the south east quarter of section 27, township 5, range 12, MRS., with the improvements thereon, as the property of John Crihfield, subject to s mortgage of $2,012 50, in favor of Benjamin F. Ogden.  Terms cash.
