Valuable Land at Auction.

The subscriber will offer for sale, at public vendue, at the door of the court house, in the town of Urbana, Champaign county, Ohio, on the 23d day of December next, between the hours of 10 o'clock A M., and 4 o'clock P. M., of said day, a tract of land containing about 400 acres, situate in Rush township, in said county, being a part of survey No. 1147, and adjoining lands of J. Benedict, H. Rennells, Allen Haines and others.  The land will be sold entire, or in 100 acre lots, as may suit purchasers.  The land is of good quality and the title indisputable.  One-third of the purchase money will be required in hand; one-third in one year, and one-third in two years, with interest from day of sale.
