The well known estate formerly owned by the late Henry Nimmo, situate on Market street, is offered for sale.  On the premises is a large two story dwelling house, wood house, &c., a well of excellent water, and a very large garden well stocked with good bearing fruit trees.

If the above property is not disposed of at private sale, previous to Saturday, July 17th, it will be offered at Public Auction.
