The subscriber offers for sale his house and lot, situate in Barrington, near Bowen's bridge.  Said house is 40 by 30 feet, two stories high, built of brick, convenient for two familes, and is a very desirable place for those wishing a country residence.  The garden contains about one acre of land, a large number of fruit trees, &c.  Also, a wharf privilege.  The fishing in the fishing in the vicinty is not surpassed by any other spot in Rhode Island.
