NOTICE.

LETTERS testamentary having been granted to the undersigned, by the Hon. Probate Court of Claiborne county, on the 28th day of February, 1831, on the estate of John Robertson, late of said county, deceased-- Notice is hereby given, to all persons having claims against said estate, to present them, duly authenticated, within the time prescribed by law, or they will be forever barred; and those indebted to said estate, are requested to make immediate payment.
