Dissolution of Copartnership.
THE firm of CARRAWAY & MAXWELL
is this day dissolved by mutual consent. J. A. Maxwell having sold his
interest of the stock and accounts to J. S. Carraway, those, indebted
to said firm, will settle with J. S. Carraway, when due, and all claims
against the firm, will be settled by J. S. Carraway.
