Holles, Mrs. - 1774

LONDON.

Thursday night a woman was perceived floating in the New River; she was taken out quite dead and carried to the Thatched House, where she was discovered to be Mrs. Holles, of Islington.  It is supposed she fell into the water by accident, the causeway along the side of the river having been rendered extremely slippery by the late rains.
