Now president of H. M. Byllesby & Company engineers, Chicago; also officer and director of Mobile Electric Company, Alabama; Ft. Smith Light & Traction Company, Arkansas; Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma); Enid Electric & Gas Company, Oklahoma; Muskogee Gas & Electric Company, Oklahoma; Ottumwa Railway & Light Company, Iowa; San Diego Consolidated Gas & Electric Company, California; Standard Gas & Electric Company, California; Arkansas Valley Railway Light & Power Company, Colorado; Securities Exchange Company, Northern States Power Company, Shaffer Oil & Refining Company.

Member of American Society of Civil Engineers, American Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Western Society of Engineers, National Electric Light Association, National Civic Federation (executive committee), Universal Military Training League (executive committee), Chicago Civic Federation, member of executive committee St. Luke's Hospital, Chicago; director of Chicago Civic Federation.
