Dissolution.-- The concern of D.
T. Williams & Hicks is this day dissolved, by the retirement of D.
T. Williams therefrom. SAM'L D. HICKS having bought his interest in the
books, accounts, &c., of the concern, assuming the liabilities of
the same.

Card.-- Having
retired from the concern of D. T. WILLIAMS & HICKS, and given up
the Planters Business to my late partner, Mr. SAM'L D. HICKS, I take
pleasure in saying to my country friends that he is a gentleman of ample
means to conduct the business, and, having the aid of excellent and
competent assistants, cheerfully recommend him for their patronage.
Having retained the FORWARDING AND UPLAND interest, I shall, until
further notice, remain at their old stand, and will take charge of any
consignments for shipment or sale consigned by dealers, or fill orders
on commission. On articles on hand cash advances will be given.

Notice.-- SAM'L
D. HICKS having purchased the entire interest, accounts, &c., of
the concern of D. T. WILLIAMS & HICKS, will continue the PRODUCE
COMMISSION BUSINESS, at the stand of the late concern, where he hopes,
by strict personal attention to business, he will be favored with a
continuance of the patronage of the customers of our late firm.
Mr Wm. D. Walker will remain with him, and attend to the books, accounts, &c., as heretofore.
Liberal advances made on all consignments, either in cash, Guano or Groceries.
