NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Certificates of registration under the Fictitious Names Act of June 28, 1917, P. L. 645, as amended by Section 1 of the Act of May 28, 1948, P. L. 781, will be filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and in the Office of the Prothonotary of Blair County, Pennsylvania, on the 8th day of April, 1946, by James M. Black, residing at No. 1554 Logan Avenue and David J. Black residing at Hillcrest, both in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, setting forth that they are engaged in the business of "General building of residential, business and industrial structures" under the name or style of "Black Construction Company", Tyrone, Pennsylvania.
