CAUTION.-- Notice is hereby given, that my wife Catharine,
and myself, by mutual consent, have agreed to separate and make an
equal dividend of our effects. This is therefore to caution all persons
not to trust her on my account, as I will pay no debts of her
contracting, after this date-- as she is abundantly able to pay her own
debts.
