Sale of Real Estate.

Administrator of Geo. Hunter, deceased.
vs.
Widow & heirs of said deceased.

By virtue of an order from the Court of Common Pleas for Champaign county, Ohio, in the above case, I shall proceed to sell, at the door of the court house, in Urbana, on Monday, 27th day of December, 1841, between the hours of 8 o'clock, A M. and 4 o'clock, P. M. of said day, the following described real estate, in the town of Urbana, to-wit:  In-lot No. 106, and the east half of In-lot No. 169, subject to the widow's right of dower therein.  Terms: One-third in hand, one third in one year, and the residue in two years, with interest from the day of sale; the deferred payments to be secured by mortgage on the premises.
