EXECUTOR'S NOTICE. Notice is hereby given that at the Oct.
Term of the Court of Common Pleas of Champaign county, Ohio, for 1841,
the undersigned were appointed Executors of the last will and testament
of Jos. Swisher, late of Rush township, in said coun'y, deceased.
All persons indebted to said estate are required to make payment; and all who have claims against said estate are requested to present them, legally proven for settlement, within one year.
