Wilson, Robert - 1841

Shocking Occurrence.-- On Saturday afternoon last, Mr. Robert Wilson, a respectable citizen of Franklin township, in this county, while sitting alone by his fire side paring an apple, was seized with an epileptic fit, to which he was subject, and fell forward into the fire, and before any one came to his assistance was dreadfully burned, and life extinct.  His wife had gone to meeting, and his children were in the barn, a short distance from the house.  By this dreadful occurrence a wife and several children have been deprived of a husband and a father.
