In pursuance of an order of Orphan's Court for Huntingdon County,
will be exposed to public sale, on the premises on Saturday the 11th day
of April next, a
Grist & Saw-Mill,
with
300 acres of Land, more or less, on Big Trough-creek, in Union Township
in the said County ; with sundry other improvements joining lands of
John Swaggers, J. Griffith and others. Being the real estate of
Nicholas Crum, deceased.
The terms of sale -- one third in hand -- one third in 12 months and the residual in two annual payments thereafter. Attendance will be given by John King, Esq. and Henry Crum, administrators of said estate.
