Byrd, Jessie Ostrel - 1886

Jessie Ostrel Byrd, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Andrews Byrd, 11 years 3 months, burned to death Feb. 19th while helping her grandmother, Mary Byrd, burn brown sedge.
