We understand that a change of venue has been asked and granted in the case of Molly Greer and Elmer K. Hines, indicted for the murder of Lowry. The case goes to Gilpin Co. for trial. Extreme prejudice on the part of the people of Araphoe county against those defendants is the cause assigned for asking the change. -- Denver Tribune
