This list contains the names of high ranking Army and Navy officers who were born in, grew up in, or have their residence in Pennsylvania.  Based on official Army and Navy records as well as other sources of information, the data given is as complete and accurate as it has been possible to make it, but there are doubtless some inaccuracies and omissions.
