Akron News.--
The large farm of Mrs. Keller, deceased, near Akron, was sold on September 24th, if we mistake not, to Daniel Rader, landlord at Farmersville, for $75 an acre. The farm comprises 101 acres, and the amount realized for it was $7,575.
