TRADER'S BANK.-- At a meeting of the Directors of the Trader's Bank of the city of Richmond, held on the 27th April, 1860, it was
Resolved, That the books of subscription to the capitol stock be re opened at the Banking House of Isaacs & Taylor.
The office of the Bank will be temporarily at the same place. Persons having business to transact with it will apply to or address Wm. B. Isaacs, Secretary to the Board, or the undersigned.
