Flacerty, John, Miner
December 27, 1889, 2nd District, Penn Shaft No. 1 Colliery, Westmoreland County.
Flacerty was an Irish miner and had mined coal for years.  He was so severely injured on the back by a fall of slate that he died on January 6, 1890.  age 46.  Married.  Five orphans.
